Tina and I continue to regularly taste numerous wines to see if they are good enough to include in the list. Hard work I know but someone has to do it. As we are a very small restaurant the list is necessarily short. However we can thereby keep the mark-ups on the wine very reasonable and you can choose with confidence knowing that we have personally drunk and enjoyed all the wines on our list. We are pleased also to serve lager from Orkney, Gin from Shetland, and Old Pulteney and Clynelish whiskies from Sutherland.
