Why do we run a restaurant? Because we love to cook.

Being open only two nights a week and having only 8 seats is never going to make us rich. A good job then that we also have day jobs….

The dishes on our menu may look complicated but in fact they are quite straight-forward. After all good cooking is simply a matter of doing a number of small things well.
