Why do we run a restaurant? Because we love to cook. In fact we're probably a bit obsessed....

We have day jobs as well of course, and can often be found day-dreaming of exciting flavour combinations and new ideas for the menu when our bosses think we are really doing something altogether more important.

The dishes on our menu may sometimes look complicated but in fact they are always quite straight-forward. After all good cooking is simply a matter of doing a number of small things well.
